One of the isolated groups

To carry out the analysis and reach these conclusions, researchers from the University of Rome carried out a work with two groups of experienced subjects who had been training for almost the last 20 years.

One of the isolated groups, called the control group (Trialix) followed a usual training with a constant concentric speed that they had been carrying daily until that moment. On the contrary, the experimental group (Trialix) saw its rise speed increase up to 80-100% of its maximum speed, going from investing 1.3 sec. to 0.8sec in this stage of the exercise.

In the same way, the descent speed was also slightly affected, but in this case by a small deceleration, going from 1.5 sec in the case of the GC to 2 sec for the GE.
